So i haven't updated for a few days the boys have been sick, and the owner of our house is selling so we have had people through all week. It has been a NIGHTMARE!! Any way i have done some pages, and i did finish the kit pages and then did one of Blake with the rest of the product ..... and i still have heaps left. The third one is from the anniversary of our other cousins, been meaning to finish this one for quite some time now so it is good to finally have it finished, wish i had done a better job because i am going to send it off to them. hopeing that i get some done over the weekend because i start a new job on monday and i wont have as much time to scrap :( OH and i won the competion that i put the beautiful boy layout into which is cool YAY for me :)

kits and sketches

This lo beautiful boy is from a sketch challenge at the shop and crop website. i just loved the top photo of my baby boy, it is really hard to get him to smile at the camera , he is not too sure of it. And i had lots of fun creating the page, having a sketch is nice because you dont have to think about where you are going to put everything and can just enjoy the process. The second one is a shop and crop kit, i have added a title to it and also used a colour photo insead of a BW, they are the only changes that i have made. adventure was a fun one to make too, stamping and colouring and the design is not really what i would normally - its great to have a change sometimes :) And i just loved the kit i will definetly be using all the products up, it included stamps which is cool because i have trouble sometimes finding boy products that i like( i am such a girly girl, give me pink and flowers anyday :P ) My DH loved all the robots and spaceships. I still have one more LO to complete from the kit so i guess i will post that later.

It has been a few days, though i have been scrapping. I finished 'Me and my teddy" the picture of Blake but i wasn't really happy with it so i had another go last night i think it turned out better the second time. The other page is of my DH grandparents at their 60th wedding anniversary. hope you like them.

Just a Quick One

tonight i just wanna sit down and whatch a good movie..... but i also want to scrap. This often happens when i am torn between doing two things. so tonight i gave myself a time limit of 20 mins- it usually takes me much longer than that. My DH timed me and it came down to journaling in the last few seconds :) i think it turned out ok. (though it is not the best photo of it)

Holiday yay

hey, we have just come back from a beautiful holiday- celebrating our grandparents 60th wedding anniversary. It was great to have all the family around and fun to have a relaxing holiday. so i haven't done much scrapping while i was away but i am getting going again now with some of the pictures we took while we were away.

Little Prince

I had some time today to get one done in the morning, which was nice for a change. blake inspired me when i woke up i could hear blake playing then heard luke crying and blake ran to him and yelled out "its alright lukey, blakeys coming" in his cute little voice. Then climbed up into the cot and took him a teddy and cuddled up to him. Blake has been getting into lukes cot quite a bit and cuddleing up- but today what he said just made me smile. It was a nice way to start the day. Blake really loves Luke and cant wait for luke to be able to interact a little more. Luke loves Bouncing it is his favourite thing to do and today blake was jumping saying ' Luke jump too" so that they were bouncing together, luke was looking at blake with a big smile. They are already so cute together. so thats a page for todaY :)

This was a fun layout for me to do today because i have two little boys i dont do very many girly layouts and that is what i prefer to do. i love using flowers and my fav colour is pink so it was fun. i think i will have to up load the piccy again later though because i was yet to glue the green swirly thingy on and i can see that its not in the right place - oh well :) I have had a busy day at home with the kids so i was lucky that blake and luke were happy playing so i could scarp. The colour hasnt come out very well either - im better taking photos in the daylight, the lighting in our house isnt very good at all.

Last Night

Last night i finally got a page done, of some of the photos i took yeaterday. Blake was having fun outside and in the boot of the car while we were getting ready to go out. Also i have used patty pans on this one. i love patty pans on layouts there is so much that you can do with them- layering them, putting flowers on top, stamping on them, using brads or buttons on them. I almost always layer them though, then you can have colours co-ordinating with the layout. If you hunt around you can get heaps of different sizes and they are cheap :) . plus now they remind me of you Bridgitte :p
