if only i had the words

Yeaterday both of the boys were asleep for quite a while so i mangaed to sort through some of my scrap supplies and get a page done. I was also checking out Hensteeth blog and was so moved by the letters posted on there, they inspired me to make you are my happiness- even though this doesnt even come close to expressing all that i want to express....sometimes saying "i love you' isnt enough. I wish there were bigger words to say that expressed how i feel about my family, paul and the boys.

another day

So i just had to make another Lo of Blake's haircut. He has been wanting it spiked up every day since he had it cut, he even asks for the hairdryer. He is so cute sometimes, today he spent about an hour and a half just reading books on the couch, it was so cute and it was nice to have some peace and quiet for a while. Some days between the two of them you don't ever stop, one wants something then the other. Luke has had a nice day too and i think he is finally starting to get over his cold. Yay.

Letting Go

I was struggling last night, i felt like i hit a brick wall and i wasnt feeling very good about myself and somehow this came out, quite quickly and i think i like it. Some times i think i get a little too precious about it and worry about using paper, what if i stuff it up, what if it doesnt turn out etc, think i just need to let go a little bit ( i tend to do this in my life also) . Only prob was that i hopped into bed later remembering that i hadnt washed out my paint brush, so DH went and washed three paint brushes none of them were the one i had used, so up i got in the freezing cold. But at least now i have 4 Very very clean brushes ( my dh is a bit of a perfectionist) And a very sweet dh :)

First Hair Cut

Here is some fun i had yesterday with a shop and crop kit that had Create Paper in it, thought that it was cute for my little boys and i have almost used it all up. We have started packing and i hate moving, i cant believe that we are doing it againand will have to do it again in anouther 12 months (we are building). Oh well here i come house :)

i did manage to scrap last night. In between dinner and trying to keep warm in front of our fire and blake poping up out of bed. I am loving the sonoma range too, i could use it for so many things :)

warmer weather pleeeease

it is so freezing were we live today it is icy which is not good for two little ones who are sick and I have had a cold all this week so havent felt much like scrapping. Though i did make a mini album last week and i think that next time i make one i will have to make it a bit simpler... i will post it hopefully tomorrow with a few other LO hopefully. Im of to go do some scrapping now though around tea time is not the best but hopefully i will make some progress. My hubby got home fairly early tonight and fed luke, then went off to change him and luke milk chucked all over DH but not on himself :) least it was not me :P lol The joys of having a baby around. Blake had his very first haircut yesterday and it is taking me a while to get used to. It is like having a fresh blake and is really strange- he is not a baby anymore. The hairdresser said that many people get really emotional when they get their kids hair cut for the first time but i wasnt at all- just excited until we got home and it sunk in, he looks super cute but he is growing up. Any way here is one of DH and I, last night he let me take some photos... what is it with guys and not having there photo taken?? they are worse than girls!!!!

having fun painting away the day

i got inspired today and have done a little bit of painting, i have left it to dry for a bit then i might attack it again- we'll see :)

though it is not a very good photo of it- i dont think i will be able to get a better one today as it is a rainy cold wet day here.

just having fun

I really had fun with this one, in the middle of a busy weekend i managed to get one LO done. I love my boys and all but sometmes i just scrap while wishing that they were girls just so that i could use all of the products that i love. But after attending an art exhibitionon friday night (cant belive how long it has been since i went to one of these) i felt like i should be pushing myself a little bit more. And i cant remember having this much fun doing a LO, just being me and enjoying colurs!! Colours are my thing. hope you like :)

Blake and Luke love playing together now and are so cute, luke always takes a lot of interest in blake and watches him alot. Luke is saying dad da da now and making lots of noises. He has also started to get around a lot more now. Blake will be so happy when they can really play together- he could do with some one to play with a bit more often.

thank god im finished

i have finally finished work which is GREAT!!!!! it was a complete nightmare!!!i was working from 4:30 till some times 1am then coming home and being with the kids- and i was even still feeding my 9 month old. It was just a bit much and it was a very physical yucky job ( you would never believe me if i told you what i was doing) though i am still interested in finding a new job, something a bit more me... Anyway i think that i am starting to scrap a little bit quicker. This crazy cute page only took me half and hour, i used to take ages (hours) pushing all the embellisments around the page- that part is starting to get a bit easier. My DH says that this LO is getting a little busy- what do you think??
