bathtime

Every day when the boys have a bath Blake has to have a different colour in the water. Most days he wants green so i am guessing that this is his favourite colour (and that i am going to have to change the colour scheme that i had planned for his room in the new house ;) ) so we end up having some days where we mix blue and yellow, and some days where we just put straight green in. Some days we mix it up and put blue, yellow, purple, orange, red or pink in just because i get sick of green ;) I have found this a good way to help him learn colours, we have just been using food colouring so when it hits the water he loves to mix it in......This would have to be one of his favourite times of day.

little lukey kookie

Luke is almost walking now, it seems to be taking him quite some time, He is not saying much either only, mummy daddy and nanna. He has about eight teeth coming through At ONCE, so he has been a bit of a grizzly bum lately. He loves playing any games that are tickling games he has the cutest chuckle and loves giving kisses. When paul gets home there is no one else that he wants, he loves his daddy and will have a better attempt at walking when paul is home. Though the other day he took about seven very small steps that were more like stamps than steps lol. he has been taking about two steps then falling down for a few months now. Everything is in his own time. We love him dearly

And this is a clock that i made for my mother as a thankyou gift, she had this poem/saying bluetacked to her wall for about 9 years now and i thought it was time for an update :)

This week...

Yay!!! I am having a much nicer week this week. And my weekend was fabbo. On Saturday we took a trip to the shops and i managed to pick up a new scrapbooking tote for $12 and a tool carry tote for $5 and a whole pile of other things- well I was happy anyway. Then on Sunday we hopped in the car and drove down to Goowa where our 4wd got stuck in the sand because a crazy person drove straight for us and we had to stop. Anyway three young guys came along and dug the car out then helped push us out!! Then we headed down to victor where Blake had a fun time playing on the playground there- which is a cool playground it has a real train which Blake loved and a playground train which has like a recording of train noises , Blake thought that was pretty cool, it also had like a pirate ship and a speed boat.

Then Blake saw these little electric cars and Paul and I couldn't help ourselves...Blake LOVED it!!

Also last week i made myself a new purse with some left over denim fabric

I also made a new bag with some pretty butterfly fabric i will have to take a piccy ...next time or maybe today if i get the chance. bye :)

I have been doing a few of these drawings lately on my pages, partly because i dont have many photos of myself and partly because i wish i looked different in photos, either way i have really enjoyed the process, it gives you many possibilities and is proberbly more 'me' ;)

Belong Together is from a few days ago but i just hadnt got around to taking a piccy of it...

This is blake and i this morning, he has been so full on lately, one thing after anouther- today he has worn me out. i am sick of telling him off he is just doing the most crazy things and getting into everything...I am looking forward to daddy coming home tonight !!! :)
