Paul ended up working on Sunday, shutdown is always busy.
So I made bread! This batch took five minutes to mix up.
Then I left it on the bench to rise. Cut off a quarter of the batch and this time i didn't even kneed it into shape!
It was so yummy the boys and I ate it before Paul got home HA!
The rest of the batch went in the fridge and can be used in the next two weeks.
