Nothing like Nana

So i just couldn't help myself but play with patty pans yet again, i have just bought some new ones so.... what could be more fun than some patty pans, wool and buttons- surely everyone has those in there homes!!! I had a quick play with a photo of my mum and new baby Caitlin yesterday, my mum was up as she is on holidays and i was lucky enough to have the most lazy day i have had in a very long time. I even managed a three hour nap and on top of that she was lovely enough to potter around doing all my house work so now i have a happy house and a happy mamie, rested and relaxed!! Nothing like Nana - Blake loves having her up and follows her where ever she goes, then doesn't stop talking about her for days, little does he know that he is in for a double treat tomorrow- he gets to see her again!!

Beautiful weekend, Beautiful Caitlin

Today we had swimming lessons for Blake, Jacob is in the same class and now they are pritty much swimming on there own so they are just cheeky and funny the whole lesson- next term they both go up to the next class and will be swimming without us so our little boys are leaving us already. Then we went to simons and shelleys for lunch a beautiful bbq day- the boys had lots of fun playing outside on the swing set and Caitlin and Luke had a little sleep together. Luke looks so big next to her, i guess that the growth spert helped, its just that he is my little one so he seems so small to me :) Caitlin is just soooooo cute and soooo tiny i could eat her up ;) So here is one of her...

what a weekend

This weekend was a huge weekend for us, and there was a lot of build up to it, including a few little dramas! My brother came home from America where he has been for 12 weeks (leaving his pregnant wife and 2 year old home) so we were all so excited to see him and glad that he is safely home. we took the kids out to a play cafe and they had a ball- except that we lost Jay for a bit which was really scary, only to find him alone in the toilets having a lovely time washing his hands ;) thankgod he was ok. Meanwhile my little 2 yr old was off kissing and cuddling older girls in the tunnels lol. We stayed overnight at our inlaws as sunday was not only fathers day but also my SIL Engagement party, which went really well and looked almost like a wedding reception, it was beautiful!!! Then on monday the weather was so beautiful i decided to take the boys to the show - on my own, we did have a really good time only wished that i had someone else there so that i could have taken some photos of blake, but oh well ;)
