For Christmas my in-laws bought me a pasta machine. I have wanted one for ages so I was very excited to make my own pasta a few days ago.
It turned out quite well, I think I over cooked it a little but it cooks so quick I wasn't expecting it to be ready so fast.
I made quite a bit of dough so some is in the freezer.It was very yummy much better than bought so I will have to try some spelt pasta sometime soon :)

You good girl! We got given one for our engagement (over a decade ago) and it has only seen the light of day a few times. I really should do this with the kids over the holidays!
